Return Guidelines:

• Items must be returned within 14 days of the delivery date. After this timeframe, your item will not be eligible for return. 
• All items must be unworn, unwashed, and have all original tags attached. Returned items must be free of the following: excessive human or animal hair, smoke smell, makeup or deodorant marks.

Items returned with these issues may be denied or subject to a partial credit.

• We only offer store credit for returns.
• Sale items are FINAL sale and cannot be returned.

Standard shipping typically takes 3–7 business days after your order has been processed. Shipping rates are automatically calculated at checkout based on your location and chosen shipping method.

We have no affiliation with USPS or UPS, therefore, Golden Grace is not responsible for shipping delays caused by USPS or UPS. Once a package leaves our facility, we have no control over delivery times.
